WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Wedzig allows vendors to create a cancellation policy that works best for each of their offering.   

In case if a customer cancels a booking the cancellation policy is defined as follows: 

  • From the moment of booking, the customer has 7 days for free cancellation*
  • Once Wedzig charges vendor prepayment it is non-refundable.
  • If the customer cancels the booking for an unexcused reason within the period set by vendor - 50% of the remaining amount will be returned to the customer after deduction transaction and banking costs.
  • If the customer cancels the booking for an unexcused reason after the date set by the vendor no amount will be refunded.

Wedzig® will mediate when necessary and has the final say in all disputes.

A reservation is officially canceled when the customer clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in My Account> My Orders > Cancel.
